PRIVATE PARTY FUNCTIONS
A deposit or bond of £100 or more will usually be required for such a function. It will be returned if the Hall is left clean and tidy with no damage to fittings, fixtures or equipment.
HIRE CAUSED BY TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF A LOCAL VILLAGE HALL OR RECOGNISED MEETING PLACE BY NON HOLWELL BASED ORGANISATION.
When a hire from a non Holwell based ORGANISATION OR CLUB is because of their usual venue is temporarily closed, the rate charged will be that as for HOLWELL RESIDENTS OR VILLAGE BASED ORGANISATIONS

All rubbish must be removed by hirers (black bags are provided.
A charge for electricity will be made between 1 September and 30 April - £2.50 for up to 4 hours, £5.00 for over 4 hours.
HIRE OF VILLAGE HALL EQUIPMENT FOR USE ELSEWHERE
By negotiation on an individual basis and will depend on the amount required.
