Film night with supper 9th May
Our last film before the summer is 'Downton Abbey, The Grand Finale' (123 minutes) as the Crawley family enter the changing world of the 1930s facing financial troubles and a public scandal with Lady Mary at the centre.  
Brilliant photography and stunning sets support the story of this familiar family and its staff preparing for a new chapter in all their lives.

Holwell Fete 4th July, raising funds for the church and the hall
Dog Show starts at 12 noon and the BBQ and fete will open at 1.00pm til 4.00pm.

We have now joined the 21st century and (if I have set it up correctly) we can now take online payments for some of our events  and to avoid the excuse of " I  don't have any cash with me" we also have a card reader for chip and pin or contactless payments.
